Westbrook Kris
Kris Westbrook, Chief Executive Officer

Kris has played a key role in driving the company’s strategic direction, goals and objectives since 2007. He’s a strong believer in hands-on client relations and takes personal responsibility for all of our accounts.

Kris is a champion of our corporate culture here at Revenew – one grounded in ethics, morals and principles. His “servant-leader” style of management continues to inspire employees to excel and achieve unparalleled results for our clients.

Outside of the office, passion for family, vintage European cars and golf keep Kris refreshed and energized.

Anderton David
David Anderton, Chief Operating Officer

David has been lending his expertise to nearly every facet of Revenew’s flagship Contract Compliance division since 2004.

He’s a key driver behind the company’s process improvements – growing our infrastructure, expanding the pipeline of talent on our team and helping to oversee our strategic direction. David understands that Revenew’s most important asset is our people, so he believes that maintaining a positive work environment is a top priority. One way he motivates employees is to allow individuals to have space to operate independently, while making sure they have the tools and training they need to succeed.

David’s wife and three sons are the foundation of his life. Watching, as well as participating in, sports and reading books (suspense novels and biographies are among his favorites) keep David healthy, happy and well-informed.

Clement Jody
Jody Clement, Vice President – Supplier Payment Review

Jody has been a member of the Revenew team since 2001, and has led the development of our Supplier Payment Review practice since 2011. He is a strong believer in delivering the highest quality work product possible to our clients and personally oversees all of the company’s audit engagements for Supplier Payment Review.

He takes an active role in managing our auditor team, working closely with them to deliver exceptional value to clients. Jody also greatly enjoys collaborating with our clients to turn audit results into actionable steps that will drive improvement in their operations.

Jody enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and is a passionate follower of professional European soccer, with a particular fondness for Everton.

George Dave
Dave George, Co-Founder/Vice President - Contract Compliance

As a co-founder of Revenew back in 1999, Dave developed the original recovery audit business model that remains the foundation of our business today. Our guiding principles are extremely important to him and he serves as both an example and inspiration, ensuring these principles are at the core of our endeavors.

Dave is truly our R&D champion, constantly exploring new lines of recovery auditing business and searching for new ways to enhance existing lines of business. He also manages select, key contract compliance accounts and serves as our lead on high profile contract compliance audits. The ultimate multi-tasker, he works closely with our auditor trainees as well – immersing them in our culture of excellence and integrity.

Dave is married with two children and enjoys family time, charity events, travel and golf.

werner kotze
Werner Kotze, Vice President - Contract Compliance

Werner joined our Contract Compliance team after gaining more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of the procure-to-pay process. As part of our leadership team, he guides and supports team members in the completion of audits while paying close attention to clients’ needs and ensuring value is added.

He is a firm believer in a process-focused approach that delivers a quality and consistent product to customers across a diverse range of industries. He specifically sees our ability to disentangle large datasets and then repackage those transactions as a strong differentiator for Revenew in Contract Compliance.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Werner came to the U.S. in 2001 to attend business school at Texas A&M University where he also met his wife. When not traveling, Werner loves to watch and talk football and rugby, and always makes time for family and friends.

Jeff Laplante
Jeff Laplante, Global Vice President of Business Development and Canadian Operations

Jeff joined Revenew in 2017 to lead our Canadian organization, bringing with him 20 years of operations and supply chain experience and a strong understanding of the Canadian market.

A believer in the power of teamwork who leads by example, Jeff fosters a work environment that focuses on the needs of our clients first as he helps them achieve their objectives. He is also a champion of his team at Revenew, supporting their efforts to exceed clients’ expectations while building upon their own unique talents and skillsets.

Jeff enjoys family time and is very active in outdoor sports in the Canadian Rockies, where he participates in mountain biking, hiking, back-country skiing and golf. We are very proud that Jeff also dedicates personal time to improving the lives of at-risk youth in the community. And after all that, he still finds time to cheer on his hometown Edmonton Oilers!

Lee Morgan
Lee Morgan, Vice President - Contract Compliance

Lee joined Revenew in 2011 after 15 years of experience in the chemical industry, including leadership roles in operations and maintenance. As a member of our leadership team, Lee has oversight of Contract Compliance engagements with our clients. He actively supports team members in the completion of contract compliance reviews and leads related projects.

Lee strives to ensure clients receive outstanding value as a result of our work and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. He also enjoys building strong partnerships with our client sponsors.

Lee loves spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also likes to find time for fishing, hunting, outdoor cooking and good music. As a native of Texas and graduate of the University of Texas, he also regularly supports the Longhorns. Hook’em

Paul Pettit
Paul Pettit, Vice President – Performance Improvement

Paul joined Revenew in 2017 with more than 25 years of experience within industry and professional services, where he’s managed and delivered successful audit and consulting projects to clients across a multitude of industries. At Revenew, Paul leads the Performance Improvement practice, overseeing business development and account management for clients seeking cost recovery, cost containment and performance improvements both within their operations, as well as with their vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Paul was raised in Houston and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes to travel with the family and looks forward to snowboarding in the winter and wakeboarding in the summer. An avid cyclist, he participates annually in the BP MS 150 bike ride and utilizes his engineering and construction skills to build homes for Habitat for Humanity. Paul is a 3-time UH graduate and loves seeing the Coogs in action, whether it’s football, basketball or baseball. Go Coogs!

randy plath
Randy Plath, Vice President - Business Development

Randy has been a driving force for Revenew’s Business Development and Leadership team since joining us in 2015. He shares over 30 years of Fortune 500 corporate experience in audit, accounting, project management, and supply and distribution with team members. Randy witnessed Revenew’s outstanding service and value directly when he was our client. He was so impressed with our culture and approach that he came to work for us after a 30-year career. His emphasis on building relationships through treating others with respect, honesty and outstanding service is applied to all facets of his life and business.

Randy’s wife, three children and faith community are the foundation of his life. Home projects, reading books, outdoor cooking and smoking meats are his passions during downtime. Since childhood Randy has been an avid Chicago Cubs fan and can be heard singing “Go Cubs Go” after a Cubs win!

Routzong Juliana
Juliana Routzong, Director of Audit Planning

Juliana has been with Revenew since 2006, and is responsible for developing the processes and procedures that are currently in place for Contract Compliance Audit Planning. She thrives on the diversity of her roles, making a positive impact on many different facets of the company: overseeing the front end development of audits, onboarding of new clients and day-to-day interaction with auditors.

Surrounding herself with family is Juliana’s favorite pastime, and that often involves outdoor activities such as biking and skiing. While indoors, she likes to tackle home projects. A bonus: Juliana is fluent in Portuguese, so you are welcome to give her a call if you’re ever planning a trip to Brazil.

Richard Van Komen
Richard Van Komen, Vice President – Sales Tax

Richard joined the Revenew team in 2020 and brings more than 21 years of experience in sales, state and local taxes. After working as an auditor for the Utah State Tax Commission early in his career, Richard has also consulted for various industries over the years, including oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, transportation, construction, and retail. At Revenew, Richard leads our Sales Tax division to provide sales tax recovery services to our existing and future clients.

Richard graduated from Brigham Young University with an accounting degree and a Master’s degree from Utah State University, while obtaining his CPA license. Richard enjoys cheering for his BYU cougars in both basketball and football. Richard and his wife, Tara, enjoy watching their sons play competitive basketball and their daughters dance. They also find time to visit family in Utah, as well as his wife’s family in Canada, where they have a family picture over the years in front of Lake Louise.

Walters Bill
Bill Walters, Director of Business Development

Bill has been an important member of the Revenew team since 2008 – lending his expertise to new business development, account management and growth with existing clients. His skills in establishing relationships and delivering unparalleled customer service are truly exceptional.

Family, hunting, fishing and just about any outdoor activity are what keep Bill busy in his free time. And while not as beloved as family, the TCU Horned Frogs football team holds a special place in his heart. Go Frogs!
