Our Project/Construction program is a variation of Contract Compliance auditing that focuses on large capital or maintenance expenditures. These services are performed either “post completion,” “pre-award,” or “in process,” and require significant knowledge and experience in major project initiatives.

A dedicated resource will be assigned to become a member of your team over the duration of the project. Full-time, on site, your designated expert works with the owner management team, contractors, and sub-contractors to design and implement internal control best practices. The bottom line?
